This could be a run through TOFC/COFC on the Santa Fe in AZ from 1990 with a GP60M and two freshly shopped CSX units.  Looks like the crew painting the GE used a different color of grey and blue than the crew painting the SD45-2.  The different frame and truck colors were consistent with photos I  viewed.

Based on my prototype photos, The Athearn SD is more true to the CSX blue while the Atlas is more like a weathered Conrail blue.  The GE's under frame and truck color reflects one of the trial versions of the paint scheme before they chose black.
